Exchange and return policy

In our commitment to customer satisfaction, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:


  1. Pet Shop Saudi Arabia will bear all costs of return or exchange in the event of receiving a damaged product, a product in an unsafe condition, or a wrong product.
  2. Products that were received in good condition and conform to the specifications and dimensions shown on the product page cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order. Difficulty in installation is not an acceptable reason for replacement or return. Please make sure to check the attached installation guide or contact customer service for assistance.
  3. The product cannot be returned or exchanged because the pet did not eat it, and this is not considered an acceptable reason for exchange or return.
  4. In the event of a delay in receiving the order from shipping companies, and after a maximum period of 48 hours has elapsed since its arrival, and as a result of this delay the product is damaged by cats in the warehouses or other rodents, the store shall not bear any responsibility.
  5. The money will be refunded to the customer after the shipment arrives at the Saudi Pet Shop store and it is confirmed that he is eligible for a return, and then the money will be refunded.
